Bronc Idol is back

Some sing while driving. Others sing in the shower. Then there are those who are brave enough to take the stage.
Aspiring singers will have the chance to showcase their vocal stylings Feb. 16 during Bronc Idol, a singing competition that is part of UTPA’s Homecoming Week festivities.
The event, hosted by the Office of Career Services, will be held at the University Quad from noon to 1 p.m.  Each performer will have the opportunity to sing for a maximum of four minutes. The show is expected to last about one hour but that is subject to change depending on number of participants.
Bronc Idol was open to all students. The deadline to sign up has already passed and participants will receive notification of their performance time three days before the event. For more information and/or accommodations, please contact Career Services at 665-2243.
